WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Of course! We ship internationally to several countries and we’re always willing to add more.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an e-mail notification during every step of the order process from payment to shipping. If you create an account on our website, you will also be able to check your order status online. Please keep in mind that our emails might go to your junk mail, so make sure to add us to your exceptions.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY EXISTING ORDER?
Please contact email@example.com to change or cancel an existing order before it is shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please visit the Canada Post link below and your local post office’s website to see approximate shipping times.
Here is a rough shipping time-frame for letter-post items. Please keep in mind that this could be longer or shorter by a fair margin, so don’t rely completely on these time-frames.
Canada – Approx. 5 Business Days
USA – Approx. 10 Business Days
International – Approx. 20 Business Days
Some orders on back or pre-order will take additional time to be shipped and you will be notified as soon as we receive the item ourselves and as soon as we ship it to you.
I NEED TRACKED OR FASTER SHIPPING, IS IT AVAILABLE?
Tracking is not included with all shipping options, but it is included with most non-letter post options. Please make sure you read and understand the differences with each shipping option before you choose.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking was not purchased, we will not be able to assist in locating your package, nor will we refund your order. We may be able to send a replacement on a case by case basis if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?
If it has been longer than 20 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to sort out the situation to the best of our abilities. If you have selected a tracked and insured shipping option, please contact your local post office. Please note that it is not our responsibility if an item is lost in transit, but we may offer a replacement on a case by case basis after a reasonable amount of time has passed.
WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you happen to order the wrong item before it is shipped, we can definitely change it for you. Anything that has been shipped out will not be changed or accepted as a return. We believe in giving items to a friend or relative if it’s the wrong size or design. If the error is on our part, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
As long as the order has not been shipped, then please contact us at email@example.com and we will work it out with you and offer a refund.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you have a problem with an order from us, please use the Contact Us link or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the issue involves shipping damage, please contact your postal carrier for a remedy if you have purchased a shipping option with insurance, otherwise, we may be able to send a replacement on a case by case basis.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES LISTED IN?
The default currency is in Canadian Dollars, but we also accept United States Dollars which can be switched to in the shop section of the website.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
CAN YOU ADD MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We are currently looking into adding Stripe, which gives users another way of paying with a credit card and also adds support for services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
CAN YOU DESIGN SOMETHING SPECIFICALLY FOR ME?
Unfortunately, we do not have the time to do custom design work. However, we are considering hosting polls to see what our customers are most interested in. We’re happy to take ideas as long as everyone enjoys the product! :3
